SpinTech MRI Appoints Brian Martin as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of Commercial Growth
BINGHAM FARMS, MI – July 23, 2026 – SpinTech MRI, a leader in advanced quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) post-processing software, today announced the appointment of Brian Martin as Chief Executive Officer. Martin, an accomplished medical technology executive and current member of the company’s Board of Directors, will lead SpinTech through its next stage of commercial growth, expanding adoption of its innovative STAGE™ platform while building upon the strong operational and financial foundation established over the past four and a half years.
Martin succeeds Karen Holzberger, who is departing the company after successfully leading SpinTech through a transformative period that included advancing the company’s technology platform, establishing key clinical and commercial partnerships, and recently securing a successful bridge financing that positions the company for accelerated growth.

Martin brings more than 25 years of experience in medical technology, spanning entrepreneurial startups, commercial operations, strategic partnerships, and company growth. Most recently, he spent nine years at GT Medical Technologies as a member of the founding executive team, where he helped build one of the industry’s most innovative neurotechnology companies from its earliest stages into a high-growth commercial organization. Since joining SpinTech’s Board of Directors earlier this year, Martin has worked closely with company leadership and has developed a deep understanding of SpinTech’s technology, strategic priorities, and long-term vision.
