The high-end Chinese brand known as MBUND Fine Jewelry has at long last held its BLOOM EVERMORE world tour at the Lanesborough in London. The event put over 360 individual pieces of haute joaillerie on display, with more than 100 pieces from the high-end Sisi’s Garden line — inspired by the legendary Princess Sisi — grouped in 10 series of 40 sets.

A Truly Breathtaking Show of Jewelry

London marks the first stop of this eye-catching tour, with Paris, Chengdu, Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen set to follow.

The debut was attended by guests such as Lady (Xuelin) Bates from the UK, the wife of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum from Dubai, Princess Tessy Anthony from Luxembourg, members of the royal families of Kuwait, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Cambodia, Dubai, and Qatar, the first lady of Bangladesh, Edwina Akufo-Addo (daughter of the president of Ghana), Zarah Buhari (daughter of the president of Nigeria), actors Meredith Ostrom, Donna Air, Natalia Kapchuk, and other distinguished persons.

The show grabbed the interest of various jewelry collectors from all around the globe, European business tycoons, and more than 30 world-renowned media representatives, bringing the total number of guests to nearly 300 as they feasted their eyes on a carnival of art, fashion, and jewelry.

The beautiful and noble princess of Saudi Arabia, accompanied by her four daughters, donned some of the jewelry during the show’s grand finale, removing all doubt of the pieces’ fine, royal temperament.

BLOOM EVERMORE is meant as a tribute to Princess Sisi, born Elisabeth Amalie Eugenie, who was known for her contemporary feminine spirit and for being an embodiment of modern female independence and pure, free womanly strength.

Every piece of the Sisi’s Garden series — the result of the most meticulous work performed by Ge Enqi, founder of MBUND Fine Jewelry, and her designers — embodies the three stages of the famed monarch: the pure and romantic girl, the young queen, and the revered empress.

Each piece of jewelry exhibited served as a combination of hand-made engravings, top-of-the-line inlays, and artistically cut gemstones, all crafted under the exquisitely dexterous skill of only the best jewelers, creating haute joaillerie worthy of the royals and no doubt seizing the hearts of all VIPs in attendance that wondrous night.

A Heritage of Chinese Jewelry

Located in Shanghai’s Bund, MBUND Fine Jewelry is famous for its high-quality jewels and unique designs, making it no wonder that it has become a favorite among international fashion shows, film festivals, and red carpet stars.

Since the brand’s inception, MBUND Fine Jewelry has always focused on creativity, craftsmanship, and heritage. Each piece is inspired by the brand’s history and tells the story of a poetic romance. MBUND Fine Jewelry blends modernity with tradition, constantly breaking the boundaries between old classics and new trends, and exploring the possibility of rewriting all rules and paradigms. The essence of the brand’s vision is “bringing fine Chinese jewelry to the world.”

How the Founder Makes Sure Gems Live Up to Her Passion and Ideal

The founder of MBUND Fine Jewelry, Ge Enqi, comes from a family of jewelers. Her enthusiasm is honest and sincere, and to realize her dream of bringing high-end, Chinese-designed, and Chinese-made jewelry with Chinese characteristics to the international stage, perfection is the name of the game at every step and at every angle. Ge is the first female Chinese entrepreneur to be invited to the red carpet during the Cannes Festival and the youngest female juror for the Yulong Awards, the “Oscars” of China’s fine jewelry industry. She releases a new jewelry collection every year, and as the female founder of a jewelry brand, she believes that jewelry is “not only an accumulation of wealth, but also an emotional heritage.”

“While Chinese-designed jewelry is indeed a wonderful gift to give to the world, the positive energy delivered through charity is like no other,” said Ge, steadfast in her enthusiastic generosity. Once, one of her pieces was sold at the Smile Angel Foundation charity auction and brought in the highest bid, and she also made a personal donation to village children living in remote areas as part of an activity organized by the “Glory Case” project of Love in de City.
